We are authorized representatives for TravelSafe, an industry leader in full insurance coverage for the traveler. Travel insurance is normally not included in our tour package prices; but we strongly urge every one of our guests to sign up. Unexpected things can happen from time to time; and the peace of mind provided by TravelSafe's insurance program is priceless. Rates are very reasonable, and may be purchased right along with your tour. We'll handle all the details. What if Your Trip Must Be Canceled or Interrupted? You're Protected!

Vacations aren't a luxury, they're a necessity. It's the time you need to rest, relax, and recharge your batteries. Too often, for reasons you might never expect, you might need to cancel your vacation or even return home early. The worst part is, without adequate protection, you can lose not only your vacation, but your money as well. TravelSafeprotects your travel investment if your trip is canceled or interrupted for a covered reason such as: injury, sickness or death of you, an immediate family member, a traveling companion or business partner; Financial Insolvency of a tour operator, cruise line or airline; or a terrorist act. If you must interrupt your trip or return home early, TravelSafewill pay (up to 150% of the original cost of your trip) for your unused land or cruise arrangements, less any refund paid or payable, plus the additional air expense to return home or rejoin your trip.

TravelSafe will also pay the additional cost for a change in the per person occupancy rate if a traveling companion's trip is canceled and your trip continues.

Who's going to pay for your medical expenses and what if you need emergency assistance on your trip?

When you are ill or injured, you don't need to worry about getting the care you need. TravelSafeensures your peace of mind with benefits that cover, up to the plan's limits ($100,000 for Medical Expenses and $1,000,000 for Emergency Medical Evacuation), everything from medical expenses (incurred within one year of a Sickness or Injury that began during your trip) to special transportation (such as an air ambulance) required for medical reasons.

Travel Delayed? You're Protected!
You'll be reimbursed up to $150 per day for meals and accommodations (to a maximum of $750 total) if your travel is delayed for more than 8 hours for a covered reason during your trip.

Baggage Lost or Damaged? We've got you covered!
It's what all travelers fear. You arrive at your destination, but your baggage is a no-show. It's lost in transit or it has been stolen or damaged. What do you do? If you're protected by TravelSafe, you'll be reimbursed up to $2,500 to replace or repair your lost or damaged luggage and personal articles.

Baggage Delayed? Need Clothes and Toiletries? TravelSafe can help.
TravelSafe reimburses you up to $250 to help cover the cost of clothing, toiletries and/or personal items if your baggage is delayed for more than 12 hours while you are on your trip.

Accidental Death Benefit
Your beneficiaries will receive payment according to the plan's schedule of coverage for accidental death which occurs within 365 days of an injury sustained while you are on your trip.
