January 16, 2008 Look for the exciting competition for our 2008 Magical Tours Intern to be announced on MuggleNet.Com! This should prove to be very interesting! Be sure to visit MuggleNet to cast your vote! February 21, 2008 We Have a Winner! After receiving more than 600 internship applications from Harry Potter fans from 21 countries, our competition has produced a great choice for our Magical Tours 2008 Intern! The winner is Thomas Pardee of Salida, California. The alternate, and very close 2nd place finisher is Paula DeSeure of Kansas City, Kansas. Congratulations to both these terrific young people!. To see the winning videos, see Thomas's HERE and to see Paula's go HERE. February 28, 2008 Great News! Due to popular demand we have added a brand new itinerary: another Wizard's Choice Tour # 1. The dates, June 13 - 22, 2008, actually come earlier than the original Wizard's Choice Tour, which will now be named Wizard's Choice # 2. Confusing enough for you? Just check the revised tour listings on the Home Page, and all will become clear. This new tour covers the same great locations as the original, but in a slightly different order. Both Wizard's Choice Tours begin and end in London; and both will include the exciting overnight sleeper train ride from Scotland to London! Berths on this popular train are very limited; so don't delay too long in signing up for the tour of a lifetime! April 9, 2008 The complete Tour Packets for our 2008 Magical Tours have been mailed out to everyone who has signed up to date. If you're participating in any of our summer tours, and you haven't received your packet within this coming week, please call us at (817) 688-7468 or e-mail us to follow up. April 27, 2008 Some of our 2008 tours are filled; but there's good news! There are still a few places left on our Wizard's Choice Tour #1 - June 13 - 22, the MuggleNet Express Tour - July 6 - 15, and the Window to Magical Realms Tour - July 18 - 27. Space is limited; so sign up soon! We've checked the various airlines flying to the UK, and there are still some great values left. But it's probably not a good idea to delay too long!
